Marla Rosner, Principal at Instill Leadership, has excelled as an organizational development and training professional for twenty years. Marla has had hands on responsibility in training administration as Vice President of Training and Development at Supercuts, Inc., an 1,100+ national salon franchise. There she gained practical experience in scaling leadership development initiatives for a widely dispersed organization.

Marla is a vibrant and engaging group facilitator and instructor, seasoned project manager and public speaker. Her former business, Marla Rosner & Associates, has developed employee and trainer certification programs,  as well as custom training in business planning, leadership, managing organizational change, decision making, performance management, coaching and communication skills, employee engagement and retention, presentation and facilitation skills, customer service and sales.

Carolbeth Shansky, PhD, is a psychologist by training and has been exploring workplace strategies and complex work situations with boards of directors, motivated executives, and managers for over twenty years.  A catalyst for peak achievement, she offers unique ways of improving executive performance as well as that of select company employees.  Specifically, Dr. Shansky specializes in enhanced strategic thinking for leadership, employee motivation, group cohesion, job performance factors and areas of employee selection and assessment.  Her services also include uncovering the weak links in an organization and a tailored profile of the “ideal” employee for key company positions.

Lisa Sparacino is an innovative, bottom-line focused consultant with a blend of management and visionary abilities.  Her experience over twenty years as an operations leader, trainer and consultant has provided Lisa with the business acumen and communication skills to coach and develop executives and managers to new levels of achievement.  Her insightful approach has successfully grown teams among diverse industries with responsibility for staff recruitment and retention, revenue growth, client loyalty, motivation, ROI, and product quality strategies.
